Call for Abstracts

Oral and Poster Presentations

A laptop will be available in the symposium hall. Presenters should bring along their talks on a USB memory stick. Please ensure your presentation is loaded onto the computer in the break before your session begins. Symposium helpers will be around to assist with this.

The posters will be shown during the whole symposium. The poster boards are 120 cm wide and 180 cm long. Presenters are responsible for mounting their own material (pins will be provided). Their names will be indicated on the boards.

The deadline for the receipt of abstracts has expired. Late submissions will be considered.

The scientific committee invites the submission of abstracts for an oral presentation (15 minutes) or as a poster.

Abstract Submission

• Please submit the abstract as an electronic file in MS Word to 2dp@ethz.ch by March 15, 2014.
• The scientific committee will contact the submitting author by March 20, 2014.
• The presenting author is required to register for the symposium in order to ensure that his abstract will be included in the final program. Deadline for author registration is March 31, 2014.
• Submission of an abstract conveys permission to be printed in the symposium booklet.
